Legal Assistant

About the role

Join a leading global law firm known for advising clients on significant transactions and high-stakes disputes. As a Legal Executive Assistant supporting Partners and Of Counsel attorneys in Litigation and Corporate practices, you'll be the coordinating force behind complex matters and demanding schedules. This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity for an experienced assistant who wants to work at the highest level of legal practice support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive-level support to a group of Partners and Of Counsel attorneys as part of a collaborative team of Legal Executive Assistants.
• Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, reports, and meeting materials while entering time, editing documents, and handling correspondence and calls.
• Manage client onboarding, billing, expense reports, and relationship management activities.
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car service, visas, dining reservations, and detailed itineraries.
• Partner with other departments and provide back-up support to peers to keep work moving efficiently.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of relevant administrative support experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn industry-specific applications.
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision, handle confidential information with discretion, and work overtime when necessary.

Preferred:

• Experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
