Legal Administrative Specialist (Litigation Support)
Duties
Help The Incumbent Of This Position Will Be Responsible For Providing technical assistance to litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to develop and facilitate litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation. Using various software applications to efficiently open cases, close cases, and organize, analyze, and present case materials for discovery. Preparing computerized trial exhibits and presentations using hardware such as printers, plotters, audio-visual devices, among others. Researching, analyzing, and summarizing relevant legal precedents for applicability to assigned cases as appropriate. Preparing exhibits for legal proceedings involving a wide range of visual materials including charts, diagrams, photographs, and models.
