About the role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting criminal trials through various administrative and technical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage criminal discovery materials for assigned cases.
  • Provide case-related administrative support to attorneys and prepare legal/administrative documents.
  • Prepare master trial exhibits in electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Work closely with Automated Litigation Support to prepare audio/video for courtroom presentations.
  • Proofread and provide basic editing assistance for legal documents.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship or Nationality.
  • Pre-employment adjudication including fingerprint, credit, and tax checks, and drug testing.
  • Continued employment subject to a favorable background investigation.
  • Registration for Selective Service, if applicable.

Qualifications

  • GS-7: Specialized experience, education, or a combination thereof.
  • GS-9: Specialized experience, education, or a combination thereof.
