Schedule
Following successful completion of the probationary period, this is a full-time, non-exempt hybrid position with a 37.5-hour workweek and an in-office requirement of three days per week.
Check for any duplicated content: The schedule sentence also appears in About the role; we have it duplicated. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Removing duplication might be considered losing info? The schedule appears both in About the role and separate schedule. The About the role paragraph includes schedule info. If we keep schedule section separate, we have duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplicating the same sentence. We could either keep schedule info only in Schedule section and remove from About the role, or keep in About the role and drop Schedule section. Since we need a Schedule section only if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have schedule info (37.5-hour workweek, in-office three days per week). So we should include Schedule section. To avoid duplication, we can omit the schedule sentence from About the role paragraph. However, we must preserve ALL substantive information; removing it from About the role would lose that info if we don't have it elsewhere. But we will have it in Schedule section, so it's preserved. So we should edit About the role to not include the schedule sentence. Let's adjust About the role paragraph to exclude the schedule sentence.
