Key Responsibilities
- Independently prioritize and manage workload to complete administrative assignments for department personnel and other office staff while meeting established deadlines.
- Utilize advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and database applications, to create, update, and maintain presentations, correspondence, mailings, publications, and other departmental documents.
- Review, proofread, and edit materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting.
- Compile, coordinate, and distribute reports, agendas, and other business-related information as needed.
- Schedule meetings and conferences, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel accommodations. Maintain calendars for assigned personnel when required.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Establish, organize, and maintain recordkeeping and filing systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail for assigned staff members.
- Support general office operations, including maintaining office supply inventory, copying, printing, collating documents, and coordinating mail and deliveries.
- Provide backup administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Utilize SAP to create purchase requisitions and process the receipt of goods and services for office personnel, as applicable.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
