Role Responsibilities

• Review and analyze commercial real estate documents, site control agreements, and title records for power generation projects on the US East Coast.
• Extract and structure key data points, focusing on land-use rights and ownership verification for development and infrastructure projects.
• Identify, document, and categorize evidence of land-use compliance, as well as potential deficiencies in legal documentation.
• Collaborate with a tiered team to ensure accuracy through initial reviews and final reconciliations.
• Contribute to the creation of benchmark datasets, supporting the validation and improvement of AI-driven document review models.
• Communicate findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clarity and precision in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Have demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate law, particularly related to large-scale infrastructure or power generation projects.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of title, ownership, and land-use rights documentation for complex developments.
• Have hands-on experience with document review, data extraction, and flagging legal deficiencies or risk factors.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, structured data extraction.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on precise documentation and collaborative teamwork.
