Role Responsibilities
- Review and validate financial data, invoices, and ledgers for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform variance analysis and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Evaluate exported data from ERP systems and provide clear, actionable feedback on findings.
- Support and document financial reporting processes, including AP/AR workflows and month-end close activities.
- Analyze real and synthetic finance tasks, mapping evidence to expected outputs with high attention to detail.
- Communicate complex findings and insights in writing, demonstrating clarity and precision.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in accounting operations, AP/AR, financial reporting, reconciliation, or FP&A.
- Proficient in reviewing and interpreting ERP reports, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to identify and explain financial discrepancies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at least of relevant experience.
Compensation: $10 - $55/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
