Accountant | $80/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop to manage financial tasks.
• Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations efficiently.
• Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports for accuracy.
• Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors systematically.
• Identify accounting errors and workflow issues to improve processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop is essential.
• Strong relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations is required.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.
