Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards.
• Build relationships with customers to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and recommend products aligned with customer needs and preferences.
• Encourage customers to make purchases and promote the rewards program.
• Achieve weekly loyalty sign-up goals and build brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on new products and trends to better engage customers.
• Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Flexible availability of at least 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Operate office equipment and technology.
• Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves and restock the store.
• Maneuver and lift 25 lbs. regularly.
• Use fine manipulation and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing.
