Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in scholarship, teaching, and service.
- Conduct high-quality research in marketing leading to refereed publications.
- Sustain an active and productive research agenda consistent with scholarly academic standards.
- Teach marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including MBA and potentially doctoral programs.
- Contribute to meaningful service contributions to the department, school, university, community, and the marketing profession.
- Engage in executive education and professional certificate programs.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Marketing (or a closely related field) from an accredited college or university by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
- A record of top-quality publications in elite, top-tier marketing journals.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Experience or interest in teaching marketing courses at multiple levels (undergraduate, graduate, and potentially Ph.D.).
- Demonstrated ability or interest in teaching marketing courses at multiple levels (undergraduate, graduate, and potentially Ph.D.).
- Commitment to mentoring students and supporting the launch and growth of the department’s upcoming Ph.D. program.
Qualifications
- Advanced/Senior Assistant Professor rank preference.
- Research interests in marketing strategy, digital marketing, AI, experiential marketing, marketing analytics, MarTech, or related fields.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Teaching effectiveness at undergraduate and/or graduate level.
- Experience or interest in engaging with faculty, industry partners, marketing professionals, or regulators through theoretically grounded applied research, outreach, executive education, or professional certificate programs.
- Commitment to mentoring students and supporting the launch and growth of the department’s upcoming Ph.D. program.

Salary competitive with endowed positions at similarly situated institutions. In addition to a competitive base salary, the Lee Professorship designation provides supplemental support through an annual stipend and enhanced travel and research funding.
