Lecturer - PSYC 331: Infancy and Childhood (Fall 2026)

Minimum Qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology or a relevant field
• Successful experience teaching at the college level

Preferred Qualifications

• A doctorate in Psychology or a relevant field
• Higher education experience teaching a particular class
• Research experience relevant to the specific course content
• Demonstrated intercultural competence and commitment to serving the campus community

Course Description

Focuses on theories, methods, and research in developmental psychology from conception through childhood. Includes biological, genetic, and physical development; social-emotional development, cognitive and language development; perception and brain development. Analysis and synthesis of scholarly articles are integral parts of this course.

Salary Information

Salary commensurate with degree level and experience. Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,507 - $8,000 per full-time month
