Lecturer Pool for Department of Theatre and Dance, AY 2025 - 2026

Duties

• Teaching specialized courses in various subfields of Theatre and Dance.
• Teaching assignments may include courses at the Hayward campus, Concord Center, and/or Online.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: MA/MFA.
• Preferred: University and/or more than five years of community-based teaching experience.
• Strong interest in student development, inclusion and diversity, social justice, pedagogical innovation, program-specific student learning outcomes, excellence in teaching, and professional expertise.

Pay

The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience.

Schedule

The Fall Semester begins August 18, 2025, and the Spring Semester begins January 20, 2026.
