Requirements

• Minimum of a master’s degree in the field.
• Current valid unencumbered Indiana State License.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapy certification.
• Residency in one of the approved states: Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, Texas, or Florida.
