Lecturer in Graduate Teacher Education

About the role

The Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education seeks part-time lecturers to teach graduate courses in the Teacher Education department.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses in the Teacher Education department.
• Have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Education or closely related field and a specialist degree or higher to teach in the graduate program.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Education or closely related field.
• A specialist degree or higher to teach in the graduate program.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching graduate-level courses in education.
• Strong knowledge of educational theory and practice.
• Ability to effectively communicate and mentor graduate students.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of current educational research and pedagogical methods.
