About the role

The Dean’s Office seeks a full-time Lecturer beginning September 1, 2026. The appointment is a twelve-month, non-tenure-eligible faculty position for an initial two-year period with potential for renewal and promotion to Senior Lecturer after five years. The anticipated initial Distribution of Effort is 60% teaching, 30% administration, and 10% service.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coordinate courses that support undergraduate students’ professional development, internships, and other experiential-learning opportunities.
• Provide leadership for the experiential-learning curriculum.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, employers, and college leadership to ensure curriculum remains relevant, consistent, and responsive to evolving workplace expectations.

Requirements

• Master’s or terminal degree in business, higher education, communication, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching experience.
