Salary range: A reasonable estimate for this position is $8,201.89 - $8,962.67 per course, based on Salary Point 1 to Salary Point 4. See Lecturer (Unit 18) Salary Rate Table for the salary range for this position.

About the Role

The Department Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Periodically Seeks Temporary, Part-time Lecturers To Teach Undergraduate And Graduate Courses In One Or More Of The Following Areas Environmental and Energy systems Hydrology and Water Resources Structures, Geotechnics, and Materials Transportation Systems

Responsibilities

Candidates who can teach across multiple analysis and design courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels are especially encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • PhD in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated, effective teaching experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required for candidates teaching design-related courses
