Lecturer - Christian Ministry

Qualifications

• Possess a PhD in Practical Theology or an equivalent that filters well into Christian ministry.
• Extensive ministry experience in pastoral ministry, missions, or Christian counseling.
• Experience with developing and teaching Christian ministry curriculum is preferred.
• Primary responsibility for covering both foundational and applied Christian ministry courses in the Christian Ministry major.
• Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses.
• Facility with online instructional technology (Canvas) and in oral and written communication.
• Eagerness to shepherd both residential and online students.
• Excitement to engage in inter-faculty collegiality in the College of Arts and Sciences.
• A willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.

Pay

Appointment will begin July 1, 2026.

Schedule

Primary responsibility for teaching 15-week, on-campus courses. An ability to teach 8-week online courses via Canvas is expected.
