Qualifications
- Possess a PhD in Practical Theology or an equivalent that filters well into Christian ministry.
- Extensive ministry experience in pastoral ministry, missions, or Christian counseling.
- Experience with developing and teaching Christian ministry curriculum is preferred.
- Primary responsibility for covering both foundational and applied Christian ministry courses in the Christian Ministry major.
- Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses.
- Facility with online instructional technology (Canvas) and in oral and written communication.
- Eagerness to shepherd both residential and online students.
- Excitement to engage in inter-faculty collegiality in the College of Arts and Sciences.
- A willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.

Pay
Appointment will begin July 1, 2026.
Schedule
Primary responsibility for teaching 15-week, on-campus courses. An ability to teach 8-week online courses via Canvas is expected.
