About the role
The Department of Education Leadership, Policy, and Human Development (ELPHD) in the College of Education is accepting applications for the position of Lecturer – Professional Track Faculty (part-time) for the 2026 – 2027 Academic Year.
Responsibilities
- Teach 1-3 courses on the undergraduate or graduate curriculum, depending on the department’s needs.
- Teach in one of the following areas: Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis, Higher Education, Community College Leadership, Adult and Lifelong Education, Counseling and Counselor Education.
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the organization and evolving priorities.
Requirements
- Requires master’s degree, an equivalent degree, or equivalent experience in the appropriate field of interest.
- A terminal degree is required to teach at the graduate level.
- Excellent teaching ability.
- A commitment to the success of students and programs at the University.

- Minimum Education and Experience: Requires master’s degree, an equivalent degree, or equivalent experience in the appropriate field of interest.
- Preferred Qualifications: College teaching experience, Demonstrated Experience in Educational Leadership.

$5,000 ($10,000 annualized) for 3 Credit Hours
