Socialization, mentoring, training in academic nursing, research and scholarship, teaching and other professional service will be provided through the fellowship. Work with assigned mentors: Principal investigators, co-investigators, grant staff and others to assist with implementation of research studies and other educational scholarship. Collaborate and assist research team members with recruiting and/or scheduling participants, execute informed consent, collect, and facilitate the management of data; organize findings; provide administrative support, preparing reports, professional presentations and manuscripts. Execute the assigned teaching development plan including participation in offered faculty training programs; fellowship training, guest lectures, teaching assignments and other teaching duties as assigned.
