Job Summary
Responsible for assisting caregivers and leaders with the leave of absence process. Resolves routine leave problems and clarifies eligibility and administrative procedures.
Essential Functions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers and managers regarding leaves of absence, advising caregivers and managers on the leave process and related policies.
- Administer all company leaves of absence, including federal, state and local leaves, military leave, etc.
- Communicate with caregivers, managers and human resources professionals to coordinate the return to work process, including light duty requests and leave expirations.
- Maintain all payroll transactions related to leaves of absences are accurate.
- Preserve confidentiality and maintain accurate documentation and files.
- Stay abreast & ensure compliance of regulatory environment and ensures compliance in assigned leave areas.
- Aid with data input, review, and processing of employee reasonable accommodation requests for disabilities, religious observance, and other legally protected needs.
Qualifications
- Required – High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years HR experience
- Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2-5 years benefits and leave administration experience
Starting Pay Rate Range
$66,331.20 - $82,908.80 (Determined by the knowledge, skills, and experience of the applicant.)

Additional Requirements
