Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR Generalist, Leaders and Third Party Administrator throughout a TM’s leave cycle
- Provide clear communication regarding benefits, pay continuation and other required actions
- Coordinate supplemental leave pay and ensure accuracy with the Payroll Team
- Partner with payroll to resolve any pay discrepancies and ensure accurate team member compensation
- Validate leave-related pay calculations, including caregiver and childbirth recovery leaves
- Maintain accurate leave records within Workday
- Audit leave statuses, RTW dates and payroll integrations
- Create and support standardized processes and documentation to reduce compliance risk
- Partner with third-party leave administrator to ensure accuracy
- Monitor vendor service level and communication effectiveness
- Escalate delayed or inaccurate leave cases to ensure timely resolution
- Carefully coordinate RTW with HR, Leaders and team members to facilitate a smooth transition back to work
- Coordinate ADA interactive process with legal and HR when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR is highly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in leave administration or HR Operations
- Experience with Workday, or similar HRIS and leave management software
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to navigate sensitive team member situations with empathy and professionalism
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal requirements with empathy and clarity

Pay Range: $69,000 - $85,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications
