Responsibilities
- Conduct tours and perform warm hand-off for scheduled tours
- Build rapport with prospective and current residents through clear, professional, and timely communication
- Utilize property management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms to track leads, manage applications, and maintain accurate records
- Plan and facilitate resident events, coordinate outreach programs, and stay aware of resident needs and preferences
- Identify and resolve resident concerns with a solution-oriented approach
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively over writing, phone, and computer mediums
- Use of technology including computer software and iPad
- Pass criminal background screening prior to employment
- Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required
