Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and perform warm hand-off for scheduled tours
• Build rapport with prospective and current residents through clear, professional, and timely communication
• Utilize property management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms to track leads, manage applications, and maintain accurate records
• Plan and facilitate resident events, coordinate outreach programs, and stay aware of resident needs and preferences
• Identify and resolve resident concerns with a solution-oriented approach

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively over writing, phone, and computer mediums
• Use of technology including computer software and iPad
• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment
• Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required
