Join Our Team as a Passionate Leasing Specialist at Southaven Pointe in Southaven, MS!

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects with a warm smile and give personalized property tours.
• Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding what prospects are looking for in their home and their community and by guiding them through the application process.
• Use creative strategies to spread the word about our properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns.
• Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing and renewal goals for the property.

Requirements

• You’re passionate about helping people find their next home.
• You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships and making people feel at ease.
• You have a sales-driven mindset and follow through on every lead.
• You’re tech-savvy and can easily navigate property management software and social media platforms.
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro.
• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (a plus, but not required).

Pay

Schedule

• Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing and renewal goals for the property.
