We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist. You will be responsible for connecting with potential residents, showcasing our properties, and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects with a warm smile and provide personalized property tours.
• Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
• Use creative strategies to market our properties through social media, local events, and other campaigns.
• Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing their questions and concerns with a positive and professional attitude.
• Work collaboratively with the Property Management team to meet leasing and renewal goals for the property.

Requirements

• You are bilingual, speaking Spanish.
• You have a passion for helping people find their perfect home.
• You have a sales-driven mindset and follow up on every lead.
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and social media platforms.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (optional).

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (a plus, but not required).
