We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist. Ideal candidates are people-persons with a passion for creating amazing experiences and a knack for building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects with a warm smile and give personalized property tours.
• Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding what they are looking for in their home and their community and guiding them through the application process.
• Use creative strategies to spread the word about our properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns.
• Support and solve resident questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet leasing and renewal goals for the property.

Requirements

• You’re bilingual, Spanish speaking.
• You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships and making people feel at ease.
• You have a sales-driven mindset and follow through on every lead.
• You’re tech-savvy and can easily navigate property management software and social media platforms.
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro.
• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (a plus, but not required).
