Job Summary
As a Leasing Specialist, you will sell and renew residential apartment leases, conduct tours, follow up with prospective residents, and execute sales closing techniques successfully. You will provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, engage current residents through programs and events, ensure leasing office and common areas meet readiness standards, process rental applications, and prepare lease packages while protecting resident and customer information.

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of sales or customer service experience (optional)

Pay Range
The typical base pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.00 per hour, plus bonus program participation. The actual pay may vary based on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job-related factors.
