Responsibilities
- Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Engage current residents through ongoing programs and events to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover.
- Maintain leasing office, models, vacant units, and common areas to readiness standards.
- Process rental applications for approval and prepare lease packages, ensuring proper documentation and protection of resident and customer information.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, assisting in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing, and referrals to increase community visibility.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Pay
Typical Base Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour, plus bonus program participation. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job-related factors.
