Job Summary

As a Leasing Specialist, you will sell and renew residential apartment leases, tour the community, follow up with prospective residents, and prepare lease packages. You will also provide exceptional customer service, engage current residents, and ensure the community meets readiness standards.

And Job Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques successfully.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Engage current residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, and assist in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing, and referrals to increase visibility of the community.

Desired Skills And Experience:

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one-year of sales or customer service experience is a plus!
