Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring comprehensive showcasing of suites and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Provide detailed property information to potential tenants, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Market and prepare listings and marketing materials for the unit.
• Coverage of full cycle of the leasing process with prospective tenants at various buildings across the GTA.
• Respond to rental inquiries via phone and email promptly and informatively.
• Communicate with suite owners providing regular updates on rental progress and negotiating lease terms.
• Facilitate tenant move-in processes, including orientation, inspections, and key handovers.
• Prepare lease-related documentation, manage payments, and deposits efficiently.
• Carefully coordinate with cooperating brokers for MLS-listed properties, ensuring seamless showings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for both owners and tenants with regards to the move in process.

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree.
• A minimum of two years of progressive work experience.
• Experience in residential leasing or rental management preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in lead conversion.
• Solution-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and display a professional and positive attitude.

Pay

Annual base salary of $50,000 to $59,000.

Schedule

In-person role requiring availability to work evenings/weekends/holidays on occasion.
