Leasing Specialist

About the role

The Leasing Specialist role at Avanti Residential is responsible for managing and leading in-person tours for prospective residents, selling units to encourage application submittal, improving occupancy, and enhancing the move-in experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and keep Funnel/Outlook calendar updated
• Build rapport with prospective and current residents through clear, professional, and timely communication
• Demonstrate proficiency in property management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms
• Enhance resident satisfaction and community involvement by planning and facilitating events
• Identify and resolve resident concerns with a solution-oriented approach

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively over writing, phone, and computer mediums
• Use of technology including computer software and iPad
• Criminal background screening required
• Valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment
