Overview
The Reserve NYC is a premier luxury coliving community in East Harlem, offering thoughtfully designed residences, elevated amenities, and a seamless living experience for modern renters. Our mission is to combine hospitality-driven service with data-driven leasing strategy to deliver exceptional resident experiences and strong asset performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lead lifecycle from initial inquiry through move-in, including intake, follow-up, tour scheduling, application processing, and approvals
- Manage and optimize the leasing pipeline within Trello and CRM systems
- Maintain model units and ensure all showings reflect brand standards
- Provide real-time pricing recommendations based on availability, lease expirations, competitive positioning, and seasonality
- Track and optimize conversion rates across each stage of the leasing funnel
- Build and maintain SOPs across all leasing touchpoints
- Own and continuously improve Trello and CRM workflows
Requirements
- Strong closing ability with a track record of converting tours to leases
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, SpareRoom, Furnished Finder, Craigslist, Facebook, Reddit), CRM systems, and leasing automation tools
- Exceptional communication and customer experience instincts
- 3-5+ years of leasing, property management, or multifamily experience (luxury, student, furnished housing, coliving, or lease-up preferred)

Pay
The total comp is between 80-90k + a 15% bonus
