Leasing & Resident Experience Consultant - Shoreview

Greco · St Paul, MN · Yesterday
Sales$25–$27/hrFull-time

About the role

Greco is looking for a Leasing & Resident Experience Consultant to join the leasing team at our Shoreview campus—three Class A apartment communities totaling more than 600 units. Reporting to the Leasing Director, you'll help turn leads into leases, give residents reasons to stay, and create the kind of experience people remember—all while keeping the details moving behind the scenes.

Who You Are

  • Equal parts salesperson, people person, problem-solver, and organized get-it-done type.
  • Care about creating an experience that makes prospects want to live here and residents want to stay.
  • Comfortable with the less glamorous stuff: follow-up, paperwork, systems, deadlines, details, and a fair amount of admin.
  • See what needs to get done, jump in, and help get it across the finish line; “Not my job” isn’t really a thing here.
  • Have serious figure-it-out ability: use resources, ask good questions, and keep going until you find a way forward.
  • Spot what isn’t working, think through what could work better, and help make it happen.
  • Move with urgency: show up on time, meet deadlines, do what you say you’ll do, and don’t need to be chased.
  • Stay organized, polished, and productive when there are a lot of moving pieces.
  • Hold yourself to a high standard and don’t do things halfway.
  • Learn quickly, adapt when things change, and aren’t intimidated by new technology.
  • Welcome feedback, make the adjustment, and keep moving.
  • Care about your own performance and the success of the team; when you don’t know something, your instinct is to figure it out.

What You'll Do

  • Manage prospects from initial inquiry through tour, application, lease execution, and move-in—responding quickly and following up consistently along the way.
  • Conduct personalized tours across all three communities, understand what matters to each prospect, communicate value, work through objections, and confidently ask for the lease.
  • Know the product and the market: stay sharp on availability, pricing, floorplans, concessions, amenities, policies, and what nearby competitors are doing so you show up prepared.
  • Help keep our Airbnb humming: support the day-to-day guest experience, keep listings accurate and up to date, coordinate Sparkle and turnover needs, and help make sure each stay feels polished from booking through checkout.
  • Screen applications and prepare leasing documentation accurately and in accordance with rental criteria and Fair Housing requirements.
  • Support renewals and resident retention through proactive communication, strong follow-through, and a first-class experience throughout residency.
  • Respond to residents with urgency, professionalism, and a genuine drive to help find a way forward.
  • Go get the business: look for opportunities to reconnect with prospects, build traffic, create outreach, and find the next lease.
  • Keep the behind-the-scenes work tight: accurate leasing activity, prospect information, files, reporting, and deadlines.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to organize information, understand leasing performance, and keep things moving.
  • Work closely with the Leasing Director and leasing team to hit occupancy, conversion, renewal, and leasing goals.

Required

  • Proven success in sales, apartment leasing, luxury residential, high-end retail, resident or guest experience, or another high-touch customer-facing role.
  • Strong sales instincts and comfort working toward measurable individual and team goals.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; Excel needs to be more than a resume keyword—you should be comfortable getting in, working with information, and figuring things out.
  • Comfort with Canva and strong overall technology aptitude.
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly; tools evolve and you should be comfortable evolving with them.
  • Excellent organization, time management, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without losing the details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a polished, approachable presence.
  • Reliability, punctuality, curiosity, coachability, and a genuine team-first mindset.
  • Weekend availability based on the leasing schedule.

Nice to Have

  • Multifamily leasing or property management experience, especially within a large or multi-property community.
  • Yardi and EliseAI experience.
  • Fair Housing knowledge.

Don’t check every box? That’s okay. We’d rather find someone with the right drive, sales ability, judgment, curiosity, technology confidence, and follow-through than someone who happens to already know every system we use. We can teach the systems. Bring the willingness and ability to learn them.
