Responsibilities
- Coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals
- Performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals
- Conducting prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
- Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers' Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
- Community event planning and execution
- Following up with prospects by phone and email
- Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
- Aiding in lease renewals
- Responding to resident concerns
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
Qualifications
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $22.15 - $23.00
Schedule
Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.
