Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours for future residents and visitors.
  • Process documentation including credit screening, criminal background checks, lease and move-in packages, and lease signing.
  • Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to ensure excellent condition before move-in.
  • Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
  • Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue.
  • Ensure achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities.
  • Assist with the lease renewal program and resident communication process.
  • Build relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewal decisions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time.
  • Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect buildings and detect emergency alarms.
  • Perform physical inspections, including climbing stairs or accessing restrictive openings.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Be accessible 24 hours a day in case of emergencies and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters (occurrences are rare).
  • Ability to transfer properties and work overtime as business needs require.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Pay

$20/hr - $21/hr
