About the role
Baldwyn has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success, responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
- Ensure a stellar move-in experience for our customers
- Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
- Community event planning and execution
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units
- Assist in lease renewals
- Respond to resident concerns
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
Skills
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have a positive attitude.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $21.50 - $24.75, with additional compensation available through bonus programs.
Schedule
Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
