Job Requirements

• Essential Responsibilities:
• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.
• Tracks apartment availability, records traffic and leasing activities, manages resident and prospect data, and captures critical demographic and other information.
• Maintains the community and show units to meet the Company’s standards for show quality.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Supports the community’s lease renewal program.
• Responds to resident and client/owner concerns and takes prompt action to solve problems.
• Required Licenses or Certifications:
• All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical Demands:
• Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
• Rare or regular travel may be required.
• Work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
