Housing Discount: This position is eligible for a 20% housing discount.
Eligible for commission/bonus up to $2,400.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in package, ensure smooth move-in and lease signing, and inspect apartments prior to move-in.
- Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow community policies regarding concessions, specials, and programs.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use internet marketing tools.
- Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and maintain show units to meet quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents, respond to resident concerns, and prepare lease renewal letters and packages.
- Execute lease renewal program by preparing and delivering renewal letters, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
Qualifications
- Experience with systems such as Funnel, Yardi, Excel, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
- Prior leasing experience is required.
- Experience in handling lease renewals with a strong conversion rate is an added advantage.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Strong understanding of leasing processes and procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $22.12 - $24.00 (Hayward).
