About the role
Join our team at Beckwith Place, a beautiful 200+ unit property located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We're seeking a customer-focused Leasing Professional with previous leasing experience and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. You'll demonstrate apartments/models, apply product knowledge to meet customer needs, and communicate features and benefits to close sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current tenants
- Conduct apartment/model tours and demonstrate community features
- Apply product knowledge to address customer needs and close sales
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods while giving tours and meeting with tenants
- Sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
- Traverse properties with stairs and in various weather conditions
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use a computer for prolonged periods
