About the role
Peak is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at Solstice of Fairburn, a 300+ unit property in Fairburn, Georgia. The ideal candidate enjoys customer service and working with the public.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge and apply product knowledge to customer needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale
- Give tours and meet with potential tenants
Requirements
- Leasing experience with solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to give tours and meet with potential tenants
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to traverse properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
