About the role

Join our team at Eagles Eyrie, a 100+ unit property, as a Leasing Professional. The ideal candidate enjoys customer service and working with the public, with a solid understanding of Fair Housing and experience in leasing, including lease-ups.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate community and apartment/model units to potential tenants.
• Apply product knowledge to customer needs by communicating features and benefits to close sales.
• Conduct property tours and meet with potential tenants.

Requirements

• Leasing experience, including a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Prior lease-up experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Standing and walking, including giving tours and meeting with potential tenants.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in various weather conditions.
