Leasing Professional Job Summary

As a Leasing Professional, you'll build relationships with potential residents and showcase why our property is the perfect place to call home. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, confident, and self-motivated to lease our modern, fully furnished apartments. You’ll be part of a growth-oriented company that values career development, with opportunities for advancement as we expand. As the face of Park7 and the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping a vibrant, welcoming community.

Leasing & Marketing Support

• Show apartments to potential residents
• Guide them through the application process
• Achieve occupancy goals

Property Management

• Maximize rental income
• Minimize expenses
• Maintain high resident satisfaction

Administrative Duties

• Prepare move-in/move-out paperwork
• Log and track work orders
• Manage resident files
• Handle general office tasks

Rent Collection

• Assist in collecting rent payments under the supervision of the Property Manager

Resident Events & Communications

• Organize social events
• Distribute resident notices or newsletters

Property Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of the model units, common areas, and grounds

Reliable Shift Coverage

• Arrive on time for each shift
• Follow our policy for shift changes

Additional Duties

• Step in to assist the Property Manager when needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a high standard for our community
