About The Palmer Apartments
The Palmer Apartments is a welcoming apartment community in Ridgeland, SC, offering modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with upscale amenities and a convenient location near Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, and Savannah.
Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents and confidently close leases
- Follow up with leads to maximize occupancy
- Process applications, lease documents, and move-in paperwork
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents
- Assist with resident retention and lease renewals
- Conduct outreach marketing and promote the community through social media and local events
- Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are clean and show-ready
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
Requirements
- 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience required
- Lease-up experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule
- High school diploma or GED required

Schedule
Rotating schedule including Saturdays
