What You’ll Do
- Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and lease signings
- Ensure model apartments are tour-ready
- Maintain resident and property files accurately
- Market the community online and through local outreach
- Respond promptly to resident needs with a positive, professional attitude
- Support daily property operations and inspections
We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Licensing or training in leasing experience (provided for the right candidate)
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Social media and Entrata experience a plus
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
