Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain lease information into the LeasePak system from inception to termination.
- Review and reconcile various bank and general ledger accounts.
- Process lease payment transactions and maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, business-related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- One year of experience in leasing operations, accounting, or related field.
- Able to follow procedures thoroughly.
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to type and input information accurately with minimal errors.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation
The hourly salary range for this role is $18.00 - $23.25 / per hour; commensurate with experience.
