About the role
Our Real Estate Management Internship is a 10-week paid internship in which the student will rotate through all aspects of Property Management at an assigned community, including Leasing, Assistant Manager, Manager, Maintenance, Operations, and Corporate (for select locations).
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the leasing and management team.
- Aid with data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate resident and leasing records.
- Assist with the preparation of leasing documents and move-in/move-out paperwork.
- Manage unit availability updates and internal tracking systems.
- Support the scheduling of appointments and coordination of move-in calendars.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email, directing requests as appropriate.
- Support resident communication efforts and service request tracking.
- Participate in property tours and leasing activities as needed for exposure and learning.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis projects.
- Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Special Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
- Must be able to work at a computer and use a phone for extended periods.
- Full-time schedule required for the duration of the internship (05/26 – 07/31).
- Consistent attendance and reliability are essential.
- Some flexibility in hours, including occasional weekends, may be required.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited program, Real Estate, Hospitality or Property Management preferred.
- Sophomore year completed by start of Internship, preferred.
