Responsibilities
- Drives, oversees, and delegates to achieve leasing and renewal goals, occupancy goals, available product, pricing goals, trends, and recommendations
- Trending and reporting
- The development, monitoring and implementation of all marketing promotions and programs
- Leading the leasing at properties that have challenges
- Developing and overseeing new and changing current training programs and procedures
- Mentoring and overseeing the leasing team
- Partnership with the manager or multi-site manager, leading weekly management meetings
- Operating as an independent leasing and marketing professional
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree desired in business, finance, marketing, real estate or PM degree program or some college with a minimum of seven years’ experience in sales and leasing
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable private transportation
Skills
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in sales and a minimum of five years in the leasing, marketing/training of multifamily properties
- Proven Sales/Marketing experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Successful track record of meeting occupancy and revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to write, research and prepare market analysis
- Proven ability to analyze trends, create solutions and execute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Proficiency in Yardi (or equivalent) software
- Proficiency in CRM (or equivalent) systems
