Leasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants through proactive business development, including cold calling, email outreach, and market networking.
• Track critical dates including lease execution, delivery, rent commencement, option notices, and lease expirations.
• Cook up tenant build-outs with property management, contractors, architects, engineers, municipalities, and vendors.
• Aid property management division with tenant improvement coordination and project timelines.
• Cook up site information, including measurements, ceiling heights, loading specifications, photographs, site inspections, and other property data to support leasing efforts.
• Prepare leasing reports and monitor transaction status.
• Aid with lease amendments, renewals, assignments, estoppels, and other lease documentation.
• Aid with due diligence and documentation for acquisitions and dispositions as requested.
• Provide administrative support to the leasing and asset management team.
• Ability to travel periodically to shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active PA real estate license preferred (or ability to obtain one).
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple internal departments and external partners.
• Driver’s license and reliable transport required.
• Must be available to travel for onsite visits to shopping centers occasionally.
