for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
Let's parse content:
Intro: "2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multi-family management, is seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant to join our team at GrandView Flats & Townhomes in Granger, IN. Whether you're coming from sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, customer service, or apartment leasing, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leader in Class A multifamily management. We're seeking someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and actively promoting the community both on-site and throughout the local market."
That's about the role. Could be "About the role".
Pay Range: "$19.00 dollars per hour + bonus commissions". That's Pay.
Schedule: "Full-time position - Weekend availability required 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM in Fall & Winter / 10 AM - 7:00 PM in Spring & Summer months". That's Schedule.
Benefits: list under "Why Join 2B Residential? We offer a competitive compensation package, generous commission opportunities, and outstanding benefits, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Company-Paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off, including vacation, sick time, personal days, and paid holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Career growth and development opportunities". That's Benefits.
Responsibilities: list under "What You'll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in achieving occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current residents. Responsibilities Include:" then bullet list.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "What We're Looking For" list: "Previous leasing experience (preferred) Residential leasing experience and Yardi experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service mindset Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required". That could be Requirements or Qualifications or Skills. We need to decide which sections to include. We have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can split maybe: Requirements (experience), Qualifications (skills), Skills (maybe). But we should avoid thin sections. Better to combine into one section like "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have one section "Requirements" covering all those bullet points. Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Skills" but that may be thin. Let's choose "Requirements" for experience and qualifications, and maybe "Skills" for soft skills? But we can combine.
We also have "Join Our Team" paragraph at end: "Join Our Team At 2B Residential, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while growing your career with a company that values innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service. If qualified and interested, we look forward to hearing from you. Let's see what we can create together!" That's basically a call to action, but we should remove application instructions? It's not exactly instructions but promotional. Could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO etc. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But it's after the list. Could be included in About the role as concluding paragraph. However we should not duplicate content. We'll include it in About the role.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's craft sections:
