Leasing Consultant - Santa Rosa
About the role
A Leasing Consultant at Santa Rosa Apartments in Wildomar, CA, is the front line of resident experience and community growth. You’ll qualify prospects, match them to available floor plans, conduct tours, prepare leases, and oversee signings—all while building the trust that turns interest into signed leases. You’ll coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins, maintain accurate rental files, and handle resident questions, complaints, and maintenance requests professionally. Monthly administrative tasks and data entry into the property management system are also part of the role.
Occupancy is the key outcome of your work. Every interaction, follow-up, and move-in coordination directly impacts it, and you’ll be expected to treat it as a professional standard.
