Leasing Consultant - Rogers, AR

About the role

2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multi-family management, is seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant to join their team at The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, AR.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects, follow up of guest cards
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety and stocking move-in gifts and snacks accordingly
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages throughout the day
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail
• Occasionally assist with planning and hosting after hours resident events
• Affix and maintain business center, coffee bar and pet bar
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity by entering applicable information into Yardi
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments with prospective residents in order to tour the community
• Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promote a quality living experience for all residents
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-ins and ensure apartments are in move-in condition by coordinating move-in/out needs and schedules with maintenance team
• Create and maintain confidential resident files, which includes reviewing move-in paperwork with new residents
• Ensure all open and close procedures are completed daily
• Afford assistance with ongoing resident relations throughout occupant’s tenancy by ensuring occupant’s requests are responded to promptly and accurately
• Pursue marketing opportunities with downtown businesses
• Afford assistance with processing work order requests for residents and ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Occasionally assist with planning and hosting after hours resident events
• Participate in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention

Requirements

• One (1) year of previous leasing experience is preferred; one (1) year of previous residential leasing experience with Yardi is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license/automobile insurance and reliable transportation

Pay

Competitive wage/salary (plus generous commissions), pay range: $18.00-$20.00 dollars per hour + bonus commissions (weekends required)

Schedule

Full-time hours with some weekend shifts required
